Orders are shipped with secure tracking once processing is complete.
Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, new stock, or due to address/payment verification issues.

Delivery estimates are provided by postal and carrier partners and may vary due to customs, weather, or logistical factors beyond our control. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays may occur during promotional or holiday periods.
All shipments include a tracking number. Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we’re not responsible for theft/loss, but we help investigate and can reship if it’s confirmed as an actual carrier error. Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier if necessary.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
Free shipping is offered on orders over $100 USD to most countries, excluding international or island-based destinations.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for incorrect or outdated shipping addresses entered manually at checkout or saved through express payment methods such as Shop Pay or Apple Pay.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Refunds are not issued for delivery failures caused by address errors provided by the customer.
Order Adjustments
We process orders quickly, so cancellations and changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Your order may already be in our internal processing stage, even if a tracking number is generated a few days later.
- Order Cancellations: Must be requested within 4 hours of purchase.
- Order Adjustments (product, size, or variant): Must be requested within 4 hours of purchase.
- Address Adjustments: Must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
After these timeframes, orders may have already entered fulfillment and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
If your order cannot be cancelled in time, you may still request a return or exchange after delivery, following our Return Policy.
