Return Policy
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of the delivery date.
All payments are processed in USD. While you may see prices displayed in your local currency for convenience based on your Wi-Fi connection, please note that all transactions are charged in USD.
Returns:
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are required to contact us by email before initiating a return to confirm the correct address, as the return location may vary depending on the product and its designated inspection team. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by our team once your return request is approved.
We cannot accept returns without prior confirmation, and customers are responsible for shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be given within 10 business days after tracking shows delivered status to our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Once a refund confirmation is sent please wait 1-5 business days as it may take time for the card issuer to post from processing to posted refund transaction dates.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process the exchange or refund as requested.
Damaged items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
